Poor service and misleading information

I will never ever take a policy with Clientele. I'm cancelling what I have with them. This is what I wrote to Clientele Life:

@ClienteleLtd Took out an extended family policy for myself, child, parents and siblings. You have been deducting since inception date. My mother passed away last week. Called your call centre to enquire about the claim process. The consultant said nobody is covered on the policy except myself. I was shocked. I then asked your consultant to log in a call in order for you to listen to the call when I joined in and here that I gave the names, surnames and date of birth of my people. Which was done. Another consultant called and told me, you will not honor the claim because I never gave ID numbers of my people. I was shocked, it was the first time I heard of such. Even when I took the policy, your consultant never said anything about not honoring a claim without an ID. Your service sucks big time. You rob people of their hard earned money. You debited my account each and every month. Not having the ID numbers did not stop you. Now that you have to pay out, you giving me lousy excuses. You also give misleading info. Your consultant, Irene said I will get R3000 for groceries and R2000 for unveiling. Of which it will be an extra to my cover amount that I took. But now I'm hearing something totally different. I've taken this to the Ombuds. I will also involve the lawyers. I have to lay my mother to rest this weekend. Stop robbing us at the most painful time of our lives. Now, I can't even concentrate on my mother's funeral. Do right by your clients.
