Poor Customer Service
You guys are a **** and very expensive!
I had sent an email because your call center never assisted me I requested to cancel my policy and nobody got back to me
I however didnt not accept the debicheck mandate because I didn’t want the debit order to go through To my surprise yesterday you guys deducted the amount which we didn’t agree to because as far as i know i am allowed to cancel the policy within 30 days which i did and i did not accept the Debi check because i didnt want the debit order to go through
Please reverse the debit order that you guys deducted and cancel my policy because you guys are soo expensive and I got a better policy elsewhere You guys are expensive for nothing!
