Policy without my concern

Im not sure were to start because Im ****ed at what you guys do to old citizens. Some of your sales people **** to my mother and requested for a Pick n pay points card and told her they will receive more points once she register for their competition. Only to realize later that she was being ****med by this little ***** to open a policy that she's not even aware of. We tried many times to block the debit using bank but still you find ways to debit.

On friday she called and requested for the policy to be cancelled. They assured her that the policy will be cancelled and she will receive a cancellation sms but instead they she received an info updated SMS. Im not sure what kind of evil this is but she only survives with grant money that you guys are *****ing from her. Sort this thing out before I take it further and pay back all her money that has been debited from the start.
