Policy Payout and Flawed Arbitration

I recently lost my loved one about a month ago and he was a bread winner for the family, he was also a member of CLIENTELE life and CLIENTELE LEGAL from 2015 until last month (NOVEMBER 2017) when he passed away, he payed all his premiums even when he lost his job he made sure funds were available, up until he got sick in OCTOBER and didn't pay and he passed away in early NOVEMBER,when I tried to claim for insurance I was badly treated by CLIENTELE they told me they can't payout because of the payment that was not payed when he was ill, took the matter to CLIENTELE LEGAL which came back with an unsatisfactory review which only looks at the compony's side,I'm left stranded with 2 kids had to borrow money to bury my husband now I owe people.
