POLICY NIGHTMARE

MY name is takatso owen maila,. i opened a funeral cover with IFA/Clientele 10 years back. thou their system claims is 3 years back. i cancelled my funeral cover in january for many reasons one being my grandmother died and she was under my sister's funeral cover and they refused to pay out. and i decided to cancel my funeral cover. too cut the story short, after two months of cancelling my policy. they are still deducting money from my account. regardless of numerous calls i made regarding this issue. they fail to stop this deduction of 176.00. i would like to warn people not to take policies with this company. they are ********** and *****. i have heard lots of stories about them. the sooner they get exposed the better. hello peter ur my last hope.
