Policy cancellation

I’m only rating one star because this thing wants a rating if it were by me zero would be it .i would like to cancel a clienteleperks which was opened for me without any explanations that were necessary for me to be told .Now I keep calling the clientele line to cancel it and they don’t answer because I’m now getting debicheck i do not know
