I had a policy with clientele since 2006. In January I called to cancel it. I was told it only R2000 and I dispute it because in 2011 I was told it was R3000 and couple of rand. They said they are going to do manual calculations to get to the total figure and it takes 10 days to so I will get feedback then but none so far . Ever since every time I call I am told the same thin over and over. What happened to invested money. How long is the manual calculation is going to happen and when am I going to get the money from this policy. How long am I going to wait for that manual calculations
