Please cancel my policy

I called on 26 november to cancel my policy and the consultant told me that someone from cancellations will call me to finalise it. Nobody called me, instead I received an email thanking me for taking up a policy with them. I then responded on the same mail that i'm no longer interested in the policy and i want it cancelled. I received an automated reply indicating that my query will be responded to within 2 working days. I never heard from them again. Please cancel this policy. Since joining I've never seen my policy documents, neither do i know who's covered there, very poor administration! I didn't even know my policy number until i called to cancel.
