Please cancel my policy because I never joined it.
Hello,my young sister gave someone her ID to apply for NSFAS on her behalf,this person instisted that he will help her. This happened last year September 2020. Now Clientele deducted money on her account,she is a student. So we didn't send her money coz she has debits and missed ones from Clientele. She doesn't know anything about this policy R382. This person does not work,we want to send her money as family but we can't coz of this issue. Please cancel this policy because that guy used her ID for opening this policy.
