I was approached by a clientele agent outside Power Store in Mokopane town, who asked for my ID and cell phone number details, he told me that clientele will call me to ask if am interested in the policy to my surprise I have never received a call to my surprise my money to buy electricity- R150 is been debited from my account without my concern and worse part I never thought a well-known company can go to that extend to register someone unaware of the terms and conditions of the contract and agreement more especially with someone whom is not even working
