I called Clientel to cancel the medical aid as they said pre-contitions not covered and my wife is pregnant. i have been calling since the 24/02/2015 and was told the refund of R578.00 will be in my account within 3days, its been over 2weeks and im still waiting i had enough of this being sent from one person to the other i want my money back by close of business today.
