Pathetic service from Clientele

My father has been with Clientele since 1999 right up to date paying for a 'hospital plan' and never used the policy. At this present moment our Mother needs to be admitted into hospital after which we were advised that they will cover if she is admitted. Now that she needs to be admitted contact Clientele they do not want to cover. Seriously Clientele is that how you lure people in paying for something that is not what is it. Are you out to make money off on people especially now that they are pensioners. After paying for so many years we have nothing gained out of Clientele.
