PATHETIC SERVICE EXPERIENCED FOR A NEW CLIENT

I've been with these idiots for only 2 months but I'm already gatvol. I'm paying premiums for a Paseka Mbele, someone I totally don't know, for R99 on random dates!! Mpho assured me this will be resolved and I should expect a call by Friday 29th May. Well, it's yet another Friday and I'm still waiting. These idiots don't give a **** about their clients. People advised me not to join them but I turned a blind eye. Next call will be to cancel this stupid policy. ****** ******!!!
