Pathetic service all round.

Very disappointing and pathetic to say the least. Customer service is clearly a foreign concept in this organization and its terrible on all levels. After multiple escalation and not getting feedback on a simple query where your agent made an error, your arbitrator who I was told to trust to get this over the line also made a ridiculous blander on my policy. Keneilwe Raphiri was meant to add my mother to the policy as per the sales call and she also went and did her. What does a paying customer have to do to get you guys to do your jobs?? I am not asking for favors here its a service I am paying for!!!
