Pathetic Service

Good day I am very disappointed in the service provided by Clientele claims department. I have taken out a saving plan and was told when i need the cash i could call in anytime and claim my funds. I called in and first spoke to a consultant by the name Thulie who i feel has no customer service ethics , she was rude and refused to listen to me and in the end of the call just put me on hold. I called again and spoke to a lovely gentlemen Sandile who clearly understands the customer and has advised that the matter has been escalated , he wasn't rude an provided with a ref CER628080 All i want is my money i have an emergency and i was never told you will hold it for 5 years please escalate this asap Please call me *** or ***
