Once Again - Disappointed

Once again I'm having issues with Clientele! Their policy states that I will be paid for every day in hospital for revenue lost due to not being able to work. I've had this policy from 2008. I was in hospital for 3 weeks and now they are disputing my number of days in the hospital! They already have the hospital account and all the blood tests that were done. As if I have willingly spent days in hospital without the Dr keeping me there! Now they want a letter from the Dr stating why I was in hospital for so long!

Eventually I came in for a septic wound but later Dr wanted my INR to be at the correct level which is 2.5.

I had 2 pulmonary embolisms a long while back, my sister had one in Unitas during my stay (she was in 2C and I in 2B), my mother and grandfather on my mothers side also had clots. The blood in my mothers family clots very easy and we are all hypertensive, that's why Dr wanted to get my INR correct before I leave the hospital.

I need this money urgently as I did not work during these 3 weeks!

Once again - VERY DISAPPOINTED WITH CLIENTELE!!!!
