Non existent customer service

My mother has been an existing client for a while now with clientele. She was in a wheelchair for 23yr yrs. Clientele has built up a medical history of her by all the claims she lodged in the past. My mom suddenly passed away and we needed that money and till now they couldn't contact me until i lodged a complaint on there facebook, then only i got a call back from someone monitoring the site. I was then transfered to the department just to start at point one for them to get an administrator to call me which still has not happened since i lodged the complaint. Every time i call i get met with a procedure or process. The call centre experience is cold and feels like I'm talking to a machine.
