No support

I got approached at a mall with the promise of free benefits (which we all know is never free) and then never received these benefits because the app was "in development". While trying to cancel after they signed me up, their WhatsApp support seems to be a useless dead-end and their call center seem to just give me the run around while spending an eternity and all my airtime waiting on an operator to not pick up OR end my call.
