No statement of Account. Are we over paying ?

I have not received a statement since February 2015. i have been in arrears and the matter has been taken further, of which i have been paying my arrears to avoid interest build up. But have not statement of account as to how much i still need to pay. I have raised the issue via email and i received a call from an agent and she said she is processing a request of statement and does not understand why the attorney of debt collection could not let me know how much is my balance. i did not receive that statement. at he end of that month the attornies of debt collection called as per usual for me to make arrangements of payment and i relayed my complaint and and they also sent a request for my statements. still i have not received a statement of account. I sent another email stating that if i do net receive a statement via email i will take matters further, instead i was ignored point blank. on the 21st of December i get a missed call from the Attorneys of debt collection and when i call back i was told i was to make arrangement and an agent will call me again soon. I do not know how much i owe or if i am now simply over paying and Clientele Loans owes me money. i called Legalwise
