No POLICY but money debited from my account
<p>The only time i see Clientele is on their TV ads but to my utomost dusgust, they are taking money fomr my account, unauthoorised by me. The most annoying htisng is all the hassle and expese one goes though when trying to get them to look at this. I spent money/airtime i cannot afford trying to get this resolved. I guess the Nonhlanhla i was talign to this mornig only reads form the script and/or follows what she was told. All at MY EXPENSE for something i never even wanted or got myself involved in!</p>

Another week has come and gone and I guess for people wo have their bellies full, I am being a nuisance. I fail to see any reason why I am ignored as thhe case is here when Clientele Life knows so well i NEVER ook a pilicy with them. I am NOT asking for thier bsuiness secrets but refund for my wated money as a result of thier ********** activites!!!! This Benita Steyn automated response makes me wanna puke!!! Are youaware you are dealing witha human being here????

Talk about day light ******* by a bunch of ******. between September and now, NO resolution of this matter. I got patronisng calls and was expcted to do a lot of up and down/running around and was told by the young lman who last called me - there was no guarantee that i would be refunded. The FAIS Ombuds is surely managed by Clientele as they have also not respnded to my emails!!!
