No cover due to Pre-existing condition?
Took out this clientele Hospital cash back Plan on 1 December 2016. Was admitted to hospital on the first of November 2017. Have end stage kidney failure and was admitted to hospital to insert catheter for dialysis. No other claims to this policy and doctors report also indicated that the hypertension was from the 5th of December 2016. That was a contributing factor to the removal of my one kidney. The response for Clientele is that they will not pay since it is pre-existing. Person reponsible for this call is Navasha Pillay! I plan on fighting this to the highest court cause you can't just make these call! Thats what you get for paying every month!
