<p>I'm in the process of taking up a hospital plan. I can't get a consultant who can explain when the hospital is paid, is there authorization that's sent prior to admission? Is the lumps in deducted from the R200k allocated for the year? And what if my procedure is more than R200k? Is there a way of increasing the cover? What is your claims rejection rate per annum?</p>
