My terrible ordeal on my wifes passing

I joined the police over the phone for me and late wife. I told the consultant im unsure of her DOB so i gave her name & surname.They told me they will phone me back to collect all the details, i also provided them my wife's no. They deducted all these months premiums for both of us. My tragedy striked my wife passed in April i contacted clientele and they couldn't help me, they had everything like call records yet they didn't help me. To this day they still deduct for both me and my wife yet they know she's no more and they didn't give me any money. The ordeal i am going through single handed raising my 2 boys, renting a room for the 3 of us in Delft as we were kicked out of our home after her passing and having to deal with what clientele did to me and the memory of my late wife. They called me to sign me up yet they didn't call me to take all my details but they never forgot to take my money every month. You were supposed to givev me peace in time of distress yet u gave me grief.
