I'm really not happy with the insurarance. However the time you were desperate selling your insurance to people you dont go into proper details inform them of terms and conditions of what the insurance covers and not. My brother was involve in an accident the was no shoot out but you assumed that it was a shot out and refused to pay the insurance what I want to know is did you inform people that the accident that will involve the police you will not settle it. I have been loyal to the insurance an they promise us about 5 years cash back if you go back to your records and check that I'm being with the insurance morethan 5years now I didn't receive anything you dont keep your promise false information that you sending to people so that you chaw their money this is the money making scheme taking black people's money who are suffering. As a member of EFF I'm taking this matter to my leaders to show them of how selfish you are more specifically you using our black people who are at risk Desmond Dube and Lialian Dube who advertise your money making way using them knowing that we fools we will fall for it cuz it black people. I'm really disappointed I want to cancel my insurance so if you can advance of how to go about in doing that I cant keep on loosing money giving it to you people yet I'm not working my kids are suffering. Another thing I fail to understand why did you send me a 200 airtime but you fail to send all the money that you promise to send me when I take the insurance this is so disappointing I want the whole world to see this as I'm not happy an your call center people they cant even explain to my query.
