misrepresenting the company

<p>they send me an sms then i responded , one of their consultants by the name of Mafunetse phoned me on 29 june 2017</p> <p>they said the policy covers up to 13 people, he took all the details of the people</p> <p>but when they send a confirmation sms cover amount was no longer that one i ve agreed on, and the family members are lesser than the ones i gave them</p> <p>they are ****** if you want the person who called they LERATO PSOAI (supervisor) said she cannot transfer to that person there is no direct line for that person</p> <p>i asked why? no clear answer, even if you want complaints department phone number they dont have</p> <p>i've never seen such ***** insurance company in my life</p> <p>people much watch out of clientele products, they tell lies lies everyday on TV ,,,,,,I will consult the newspapers about this.</p> <p>i will advise everybody at my workplace to cancel all their policies with clientele because this is not the first time they did the same to my husband </p>
