Misrepresantation and ********** policy
I would like to lodge a complain of ********** on behalf of my mother.Phindiwe Mde-691105.She was de*****ed by one of clientele sale people at Taung Shoprite .The consultant told her she is promoting free special of Shoprite and she told her she will get free products every month for free only to find out that she write down her bank details for unauthorised debit order that took her last money in account that i sent to her ..This is ***** will you please refund her the money that was debited **********ly from her account and from that please make sure your consultants are presenting what is written on the terms and conditions and Stop lying just to make sales...whatever they doing is Misrepresentation and it is against the Law of Long term insurance..
