Misled by consultant

I have a a problem I was approached by their sales consultant that **** a told me about a voucher nowhere did they mention a policy,then I got a debit order that in my bank that declined,I wrote to them to cancel it,to this day I never received feedback and getting charges on unsuccessful debit orders
