Misleading info from Clientele

One of clientele personnel phone my mother last night.My mother ask for a funeral cover for pensioen.Thwy speak ins the phone and the lady tolled my mother it will be R100 a month.That would be affordable.But when the lady send the paper work,The amount is R700 a month,that my mother cant afford that. That is misinformation,and clientele just want to sell policy,and dont care about the client. Your name is not worth the client.Call my mother is is very stressed about this. ***
