Mislead

I took the policy over the phone in June and the agent told me I will receive my contract in 5weeks time, it's been 3months now I haven't received anything from them not even a courtesy call to inform me where the delay is.<br> I cannot contact them directly because I don't have their contact details because I don't have a contract.The annoying part is that they are enjoying my money but they can't deliver.<br> <br> What kind of a company that operates like that, if there was no Hello Peter so I would just be donating my money to them.So that means if I or my beneficiaries have to claim they must go via Hello Peter what would have happened if there was no Hello Peter. <br> <br> I don't even know if it is worth it to have a police with such a company
