****MED DIGITALLY

I have recently been noticing a debit of R150 going off on a very odd day on my current account.

I disputed this on my Banking App as I am not aware of any arrangements with Clientele or instructing them via Debi check to debit my account with said R150 I then called the call center well lets say after a million sms'es and calls to try and get them to cancel whatever they are doing.

Eventually when I gotten hold of them, the consultant advise me that the R150 was for some voucher that I signed up for????

I promise you I am a pensioner and definitely to;d these guys not interested as every cent at my age counts.

They told me I should download the App and also that they cannot refund me??? Who needs any sort of junk vouchers in this tight economy let alone being a pensioner.

I am going to that mall and get these guys to get their superiors involved and I would like too say thank you for this platform as too many of us are ****med DIGITALLY...

please see what you can do to assist me Hello Peter.
