Lying about policy

When I took out the policy earlier this year I specifically asked that I have to go every year once a year for my gastroscopy checkup in hospital but I dont have to stay overnight, i just have to go in for the procedure and then i'm done. <br> <br> So they assured me that is not a problem and that i will be covered. <br> <br> Today when i phoned to give them the ICD 10 code and to double check if they are going to pay as I need to book at hospital, they said they dont cover me under 3 days of being in hospital. <br> <br> I then said i want to cancel the policy then because i was under the impression i will be covered, yet im not and i paid all that money every month for absolutely nothing and they are still going to debit this month!! <br> <br> Super upset with the service!<br> <br>
