Lack of service and long waiting period.

I have a hospital claim that I submitted at Clientele life.The lack of communication from them ****s me this has been a second week since I submitted my claim.No progress status to see how far is the claim.I have to call in almost all the time to check what’s happening.What even worse they don’t even have the correct number on the system and they claim they have been calling me.But they have the correct email address which they never bothered to use when they couldn’t get hold of me.They wanted a hospital account and I requested it from the hospital and sent it to them and they say it’s not complete but it clearly states the date I was admitted and discharged.Now the hospital they do t know what they want and they say I must request them to send me an email and forward it to them so that they know what is it that they want besides the one I sent them.Well for two weeks I have been waiting for them to email me and I’m still calling and no one is bothering to call me back.Before you take this product from Clientele I would suggest that you shop around and check company reviews on customer service.
