Hi, I have problem with Clientele Life as they are not willing to help me with my policy. I joined the policy on March 2015, and they told me that this policy have benefits that I can claim after period of years. I am supposed to claim those benefits because for the past five years I haven't claim anything, unfortunately they are now telling me that my policy doesn't have benefits. I didn't have problem with that, I have requested the voice recording for the time I joined this policy but I haven't receive it.
I realized that there's something that they're hiding, so I decided to stop or to cancel the policy last month but there are still deducting
