Just taking my money and not keeping your promise.

Ive paid my policy however its 3days and still i have gotten no rewards and now when i tried to reverse the debit order i cant get my money back. What bad service and just taking my money is going on here i thought you guys were the best but now all i want is my money. U wasted my time and money because now i have to pay for that debit orders.
