intentionally delaying the claim
<p>I lauched the claim for my late brother on December 2016 and till today my has not been finalized instant Clientel life is making fool of me that they are waiting for police to finalised thier investigation. I spoke to the Detective handling the case and I was told that Clientel life is making a fool of me. ... I thought Clientel have a appropriate service everytime I see their advert on tv... </p>
