Innocent SA citizens exploited

The lady that works for me went to draw money and found her account empty. She went into the bank to find out what the problem was and they said that the money had been taken by insurance. As far as she is concerned, she has never signed up for any insurance. She also says that she has been hassled by someone phoning from Clientele daily but she has repeatedly told them she already has a funeral policy and does NOT want any insurance. She was very concerned that they seemed to know all her private details including family members, ID and bank numbers - she thought it might me a **** but the number she was called from was *** which is definitely Clientele. She is in complete state as she needs to buy school uniforms etc and has no money. She doesn't even have any correspondence whatsoever from Clientele regarding insurance policies. This is very clearly a case of exploitation and completely unacceptable - what insurance has she been signed up for? What are the policy details? How can debit orders go through without her even signing any paperwork? I will personally see to it that a matter like this is taken to the media and made very public unless this is sorted out.
