incorrect info on quote refuse to fix

I contacted Clientele for a life insurance,<br> Thepo called me back, and made quite a lot of promises, and asked i agree to be on cover that same night, i asked him to please put all on writing and about the cash back bonus <br> Once i received the info, what he told me over phone and what was in quote was not the same,<br> And it stated no cash back bonus was available<br> I then rep**** and asked for an amended quote<br> he emailed me and said due to an error it cannot be fixed i must take his word for it, <br> I then asked another consultant to call me back with a new quote<br> at this point 2 months down the line no calls, no amended quotes no help<br>
