Incorrect Debit Date

Just because you authorise a company to take monthly payments from your account it doesn't mean they can do it when ever they feel like it, I'm tired of the debit date being a gamble every month. I was told the debit date would be 5 days before the debit date I wanted, but in December the debit went out around the 12th and I've asked for the debit to be on the exact date(remove what ever service that has them take the money 5 days early), but it seems they can't be bothered and keep taking money from account when ever they feel like it. It seems cancelling your policy with these people is the only way to have this stop since they most definitely not willing to take corrective measures or take responsibility. <div><br></div><div><em>(Supplier name changed from Clientele Legal to Clientele Life by Hellopeter.com)</em></div>
