Inconsistent debit order date and poor service from the Agents in Assisting
Good day Clientele Funeral plan has changed my debit order date. I have continuously asked them to debit my Account on the 29. and this has happened successful for the past four years. But last three months there has been debiting my Account whenever they want. Made calls every month to ask for this to be corrected and each month is the same thing. The reason this is bad is that it may lead to a dispute in case of a claim all because they are not debiting the Account as agreed.

It is important to note that the benefit of an early debit is to ensure that your policy is solidly in force on the Date of Commencement as selected at the time of your application. This debit methodology has significantly improved cover being effected for most clients and has further significantly reduced penalty charges. We confirm that we have since provided you with an alternate type of billings mechanism which you confirmed you are comfortable with.
Furthermore we have also been able to successfully assist with your Mobile App registration and login details process.
