Im proper sales Gimic false sales Personal unhelp

Dear Ombuts man Clientele Life it is with great regret that I am trying to get information from you in this manner. Ref Number MC93747 this is a case of improper sale made to the customer. After consulting with relevant personal it was found to be true. Listen to recordings. Unfortunately at that stage I were really agitated by the means I was treated I did not demand my pay out due to unclear information but I requested that both policy's has to be scratched and my refund returned on both as this was false sales gimic. The agreement was 5 to 7 working days this happened on the 7th of September 2015. The consultants in your work area are not very responsive and I need to know when my money will be paid back.
