IFA REFUSING TO PAYOUT FOR COVERS WHEN DUE

My mom is on the Saver and Protector Plan since 2009. She has a dread disease which we claimed for at the IFA offices in Morningside. IFA does not want to pay her out the protector money even after submitting all the required medical reports confirming her condition and the dates when she was diagnosed with the dread disease and is now on chronic medication for life for this condition . Their answer at the IFA offices was that the cut off age for this cover is 60 years .In 2009 when she joined she was 60years old and is now 67 years now you do the Math...why on earth make her join when she is already 60 now that is ********** behaviour to the elderly.With the saver plan month June 2014 was her 5th for payment but she was told to wait for 2015 which is now the 6th year is payment really going to b made or are we going to get another wishy-washy story.<br> <br> i await for a response from IFA
