IFA REFUND/WITHDRAWAL PENDING FOR OVER 2 MOTNHS
Good day
I am writing this with a lot of annoyance, I don't know what BUL**** of customer service does clientele IFA provide but I am highly disappointed. This is my 6TH and last attempt of crying for help.
I have a cancelled policy with CLIENTELE that has not paid up my savings and it has been over 2 months now. the last update was that my refund will reflect on the 23rd of AUGUST 2022 ( I have an email as proof) further more I had to call for over 4 times requesting for it.
CLIENTELE IFA PLEASE PAY ME BACK!!
