ifa business oppurtunity

i saw a post about joining an ifa business oppertunity as an extra stream of income , i decided to give it a try, as explained , i get a miin of 5 people to join ifa and i receieve 4700 a mnth , which will automatically pay for my compulsary policy that i was basically forced to take , i was asked for banking detailed but was assured that i will not be debited unless ifa pays me first .

on the 20th feb 2021 i never received my payment as promised but my account was debited with an amount of 417 which i requested to be refunded to me as i am unable to reverse it at the bank but still has not been done since march 12th , i sent emails for cancelation of policy but it still has not been cancelled. i only receievd a letter that had to me sent back to them as confirmation of the ifa but not the clientele policy as a whole

the attempted to debit again 20th march but there was no funds available , i request for cancellation multiple times with no success

im requesting for a cancellation of my ifa business opportunity as well as my policy

i also request that my 417 gets paid back as i am unemployed and that was my childs maintance money .

please treat this as a matter of urgency as i have beeen waiting to be assisted
