IDENTITY THEFT & INSURANCE *****

A policy was opened in my mother's name without her consent and is *****ulent. The *****ulent policy was opened via Clientele.

My mother's old age SASSA Grant goes into an EasyPay account. She is 76 years old. She collects R2 340.00.

Only R2118 was available less bank charges. R210 was deducted for a funeral policy. On the 25th of November 2025 at 13h14, three young individuals wearing light blue tee shirts with the print of the company they represent "LUCRATIVE DREAMS HOLDINGS" were going around on the pretext of distributing Christmas hampers to grantees. A pic of my mother plus her ID number was taken. No hamper was given to anybody.

A lot of grantees from my area have been affected by this ****. I have a pic of the three individuals that were involved in this alleged ****. Many of the senior citizens went to the police station and signed an affidavit stating that they did not take any funeral policy.

I do have details of the *****ulent funeral policy if required.

The insurance agent that signed these senior citizens should be arrested together with those three young individuals. Clientele are always in the news for being in disrepute and are adding to the already ******* scandals that are plaguing our South African nation. Clientele should be held accountable. They need to be investigated.

Kind Regards

D Pillay

Dear Clientele (Market Conduct)

My request to cancel the policy and the cancellation of the debit order process was not confirmed by Your Market Conduct Investigator Johannah Cele. Johanna Cele did inform me that the policy and debit order was canceled but your system was slow so it did not reflect the cancellation.

The matter is not yet resolved. I await the refund. The bank statement was emailed yesterday the 21st of January 2026. The matter will get closure once the perpetrators be brought to book. This is IDENTITY THEFT & INSURANCE *****. Clientele cannot just CLOSE the case.

Thank you for your assistance in this matter.

Regards
