Vinolia and Kabelo handled my enquiry and thereafter the process of the claim with the utmost respect, care, and patience. My mother policy holder ( ***) has been in a state and is not able to speak to anyone, let alone complete this process, and you allowed me to act on her behalf with any ease. When we were waiting on the death certificate, Vinolia followed up to make sure we knew they were just waiting on us to provide the documents and once that was sent through the claim was processed within hours. That has made it possible to proceed with the funeral arrangements with so much ease.
