I was called at 18 :...

I was called at 18 :15....My wife answered the call...The agent asked to speak to me....My wife queried what's it in regards with and the agent said that she spoke to me earlier....My wife them mentioned that we do have a policy with Clientele and the agent insisted to speak to me....That was rude of the agent....She has no way of speaking....Ruining the name of Clientele with these unprofessional people with no ethics
