I want my money back clientele and train your consultants not to give wrong information to clients

I signed up for rewards I agreed for debit order to go off on 30october 2021 I was shocked wen I saw a debit goes off on 30spetember 2021 I called and asked them why go early into my account without my consent,I asked my money back and to cancelled the policy .the consultant agree to refund me and cancelled .she promised I will get my refund by 15november ..up until today I Neva received any refund .I emailed them the prove of debit oder thy insist I can't get it back due to me cancelled the policy but thy took my money without my consent thy have the recordings of me and the consultants.nobody call me back only respond to my emails after 7days the same with there fia policy . Thy signed me up without giving me proper information and I had to cancelled it coz. Ter was a mandate witch I Neva even excepted
