I want my money back and policy cancelled

I'm very disappointed with the service that I've received from Clientele's consultants, I've already spoken to 4 consultants and to this day my query has not been resolved. A debit order has went off my account and they still haven't cancelled the policy as requested, I don't know what to do anymore as it seems like this is going to be an ongoing issue. Please refund me and cancel the policy tuu
