I want my money back and cancel the life insurance policy I never app**** for.

I just received a message from my bank account that says Clientele Life debited R322 without my approval. I never app**** for any policy with Clientele Life, I wonder how did they get my banking details. Something is not right with this company as big as it is, can do such horrible thing to people. It's December and I must be their victim. Why victimizing people like this? I want my money back with the service fee that I was charged because of their debit order.
