I want my money back

I was recruited into joining clientele and was told to trial if i do want i can cancel anytime. I canceled mid december and received an email that it'll be canceled in 48 hours yet month end December my account was debited, I email another cancelation again in January and didn't get any reply. And then I got a call stating that my policy has been canceled and will get my refund in 15 days, it's now over 20 days yet they didn't refund my R294. What more should I do please advise.
